hello i have i mate wiza 200 its always hang and very slow to powered on even to work and i cannot connect it with active snyc the pc doesnt detect the phone so i cannot even upgrade it .i have try to format with holding keys and pressing the soft ressert switch but no luck ,

i hope to hear a good answer very soon thanks in advice

Check the connector, clean it and suck the cable connector (personnal trick

)
For formatting of all keys are working perfectly just search for wizard hard reset. It will reset all settings as factory state.
Also remove the sd card and check if it will boost the phone.
