Member: 517801 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1594355 Thanks Meter: 316 | Read stap by stap 1.On the Palm, enable Diag Mode a. Go to the Phone app on your Palm Pre or Pixi b. Start typing "#*8727277# dial" without the quotation marks and Press DIAL, like you are trying to call this number. c. In the window that appeared select Configure USB Passthrough and set Diag for USB PORT 1 d. Connect the USB cable to your computer and select "Just Charge" if/when the phone prompts you. 2. Allow the installation of USB drivers as device is detected, Unplug & replug phone 3. Run the Unlock Client on your PC (“START > NEXTGEN SERVER> Multi Unlock Client > Unlock Client”), and enter your username and password and click “save login data” and make sure “main Server” is selected, then press UNLOCK 4.Click "Unlock". The unlock code will be displayed on the software. Note: To unlock Blocked counter tick "reset blocked phone" on the software and press "unlock".The counter will be reset and Phone unlocked without code. |

Member: 32350 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Please thanks for explanation I tried one Palm Pixi now infront of me, tick 'reset blocked phone` JicTech Multiserver V27 but it didnot unlock directly. It gave me these codes: Network code: 78768559 Network Subset code: 40052611 Service provider code: 15750404 Corporate code: 46678207 Sim code: 03587546 Phone giving message 'entrer le code de déblocage Contacter votre opérateur pour obtenir le code de déblocage` I have tried all the codes but only getting message 'code pin incorrect retry` Urgently need help please. |
