JIC unlocker palm pre unlock problem - GSM-Forum

hi I've got problem with palm pre unlock. I bought a credit in nextgen server it's a JIC unlocker. Everything look's like on tutorial but after progress bar get the 100% I see message please wait and message 0. That's all I can't see any unlock code. Please help
