my palmpre after customer droped the phone its not displaying anythng now customer wats his data from this phone how can i get data is there any pc suite for these palm pre the model name is p100ueu

Backing up the following file will backup your contacts, calendar, SMS & Call History:

/var/luna/data/dbdata/PalmDatabase.db3

Use WebOS QuickInstall to download file off phone, and then upload to new phone...this assumes broken phone is in developer mode (off by default) otherwise you may be out of luck and need to repair screen first.
