To active your Palm Pre you shoud follow this ste :

1- Download and install VirtualBox-3.2.6-63112-Win.exe
2- Download and install Palm_webOS_SDK-Win-1.4.5-465-x86.exe
3- Download devicetool.jar and put in C:\
4- Boot in recovery mode in you Palm Pre see her :

Booting into Recovery Mode

To flash a device with a webOS Doctor or to run the activation-bypass tool, you must first boot the device into recovery mode by performing the following steps:

Plug the USB cable into your computer. Do not connect the other end to your device yet.
Remove the battery from the device.
Hold down the device's volume up button.
Insert the USB cable into the device.
Re-insert the battery.
Release the volume up button.

5- in you pc run CMD (Dos command)
6- you shoud be in C:\ in command mode
7- tape java -jar devicetool.jar
8- and your plam shoud reboot and be activated

have tryed the steps above and nothing happen the phone all drivers are installed and the phone is in boot moode and have also typed in the comand line

This is the right information

2.With battery in device .
3.Hold down the device's volume up button.
4.Insert the USB cable into the device.
5.There should be a USB sign on the screen.
6.Release the volume up button.
