Palm Treo 680 - GSM-Forum

Hi im here in philippines i have a Palm Treo 680 given to me from Texas USA, anybody here can help me? on Unlocking its Network? to be enable to be compatible with Sun Cellular , Globe telecom, Smart Sim Cards.. Technician her said that it matters on its serial number : 1101310410 and they said its impossible to unlock this phone, because it only has a single band. i will try this forum maybe you can help me guys. thanks.
i saw on internet but it did not work in me. please tell me how to unlock this..

not imposible but its not free many code server can provide code for that modle.

but what is single band means?? how can we change its band?? codes can't change network bands ryt? they said it can be inlocked! but it has no signal. so its is still useless .. help me please?

see here its not single band.that is quad band phone.it 4 band phone.dont worry about signal .it working all over the world in gsm

yeah thanks, ahhhmm how about the serial code?? they said when it has 01? or 10? i can't remember what is it, they say that it will don't have a signal when its unlocked.
