Member: 928526 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | The only other way I know to reset your Pixi Plus would be to use WebOS doctor to reset your phone. This software is available for download from Palm's website. Just to let you know though, this will reset your phone to factory specs and will delete all of your text messages and may remove some items that are saved on your phone (such as pictures and ringtones). Once the reset is complete you will have to log back into your palm profile and then it will begin to download all of your applications that you downloaded through palm's app catalog. |

Member: 928526 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 3 | to be honest I am not completely sure as I have never experienced this problem. If you are having trouble selecting the language then I would have to ask if your touchscreen stopped working. If that is the case then your best bet is to return to the store and ask for help. The only other thing I could suggest is to try and doctor it again. |
