my blackberry 9500 doesn't turn on. it shows charging sysmbol on display after connecting to computer or charger. update fails at multi stage loader. is there any solution?

This is usually an issue with the USB ports on your computer. Be sure that you're not using a USB hub or USB port on a monitor or docking station. Use a port directly on the computer itself. If you're not using a hub of any kind, try a different USB port. If still no success, try unplugging any other USB peripheral devices and try again.
