9520 Battery symbol with red cross problem - GSM-Forum

Hi, i have a 9520 storm that keeps showing a battery symbol with a red cross through it. i have tried to charge the phone but still keeps showing the symbol. i have tried to update the software on desktop manager but get an error mid way throught the process. ive tried many batteries with the handset but still the same problem

any help to resolve this would be great.

hi i had that problem keep bulling the battery in and out and press the on button, it worked after a while for cheers
