to used the LCD Reset files, just put the not accepted LCD in the blackberry phone, wait for a while and then executed the file of the same model of the phone that you need change the display, and it show a messenger of error, now flash the phone and that is all, Full functional LCD

These lcd files does not modify rtas security, neither does it need rtas disabled.
