bb 8100. flash problems...

Greetings,
I have a problem with flash-process of bb 8100.

1st of all some history:
Tryed to turn on the device - it's blinks 1 time with red lite, than display goes down like the brightness is very low... BUT device is connected to PC and it seems like it aknowledged by OS...

I have unlock it with MFI and now "Factory OS <no aplication linked>"

Now, im tryin' to flash it with BB Destop manager and there is an error "Could not connect to device while multilevel installation" (rus eng. Sorry, i think i've translated it correctly =) ). Also tryed to install flash with AppLoader - the same error.

Ane ideas about that?

connect the phone without battery

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\Loader.exe

choose what to install
insert battery and press "next"

wait for the installation of about 30 minutes
