Question bb 8220 bleutooth not enabled


please help

i have BB 8220

bleutooth not work , when i enabled it still desabled .


i update my 8220 put same problem .

any idea.

Take the battery out while the phone is ON.
It creates a different kind of reset. that removing the battery with the phone on did something different.

olways when remove battry and back it phone auto power on.

que: can flash solved this problem , or it's HW problem?

Flashing or reloading OS wont solve this problem
