i am from venezuela... i not speak english...

You are use traductor

debes reinstalar el sistema operativo, recuerda de hacer una busqueda y eliminar el archivo vendor en la carpeta apploader abre el archivo loader, quitale la pila al blackberry y cuando diga pin unknow le das siguiente y empieza a actualizar
