Bb9000 in wiping mode


bb 9000 is continuisly in wiping mode,it completes one lap and when it starts the next lap it restarts and this continues,i have tried with jl cmder,wipe,factory reset,and with loader,with cmd prompt but no result.

any how managed to remove the wiping loop and now its with "device error 371" and under that "reset".and i have searched the definition for this jvm error and i couldn't find it .i have installed new os 5.0 but it fails at jvm reconnecting stage.any one expereinced the problem and solved .

i have the same problem
my 8900 had device error 371
i installed OS 5.it worked for 5 hours and went back to device error 371
i tried to install OS but still the same.
i have heard that you have to install low version OS but not sure where to get OS 4.

Try using this command:

cfp -u wipe

This will erase everything that has the phone

ok i was able to wipe the handheld,after that when i tried to install the os it hangs on loading application module
