Blackberry 8700r ITPolicy - GSM-Forum

I have a Blackberry 8700r OS V4.10.284 I want to unlock itpolicy on this phone but can only find 4.2 os and 4.5 os but no 4.3 os to unlock itpolicy through JL_Cmder. What do I do to unlock itpolicy on this phone?

OS 4.3 and above will clear your IT Policy with JL_Cmder and factory reset it

I thought JL_Cmder only supports 4.3 OS only though?
