blackberry 9000 device error 404

blackberry 9000 bold comes to me in dead condition i tried the following to revive it.
erase it with mml loader
rflash it with desktop manager
when i erase it mml it displays the one for successful operation and set got alive.
desktop manager shows that no software update required so i download the firmware for 9000 and try it with nojvm method but every time when it comes to reconnecting jvm it ends up with error that can not connect to device on multi stage load and on the device an error displays "device error 404 reset"
i have tried to flash it with following files

9000M_PBr4.6.0_rel243_PL4.0.0.135_A4.6.0.126_Orang e_Romania
9000M_PBr4[1].6.0_rel292_PL4.0.0.155_A4.6.0.162_O2_UK
9000M_PBr4.6.0_rel331_PL4.0.0.172_A4.6.0.190_AVEA
9000jEastAsia_PBr4.6.0_rel263_PL4.0.0.143_A4.6.0.1 44_Telstra
9000M_PBr4.6.0_rel298_PL4.0.0.157_A4.6.0.167_AT_26 T

but no success

ne ideas what could be the problem

PS:i have deleted vendor.xml each time i installed ne file and there is noly 9000 firmware installed
