Blackberry 9550 can't enter unlock codes - GSM-Forum

AM HAVING A SERIOU PROBLEM WITH ENTERING UNLOCK CODES
FOR BLACKBERRY 9550 AFTER READING THEM SUCCESSFULLY.
IT DOES NOT GIVE ME AN OPTION OF ENTERING NETWORK MEP CODE

DOWN BELLOW ARE THE STEPS I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FOLLOW
TO ENTER THE CODES

GO TO OPTIONS
GO TO ADVANCED OPTIONS
GO TO SIM CARD
HIT THE MENU KEY TO SHOW KEYBOARD
ENTER MEPD (SHOWS NETWORK BLOCKED)
ENTER MEP2 ("HERE IS WHERE IT FAILS TO GIVE ME AN OPTION
OF ENTERING THE THE NETWORK MEP CODE")

IS THERE ANYONE WHO HAS EXPRIENCED SUCH A PROBLEM AND HOW DID
YOU SOLVE IT?

did u disable all connections?

you must disable all connections then do code procedure with or without simcard

also this could be a case of wrong code entry too many times or may have to flash to unlock?

i got one too.. any one got the solution?

cant enter, cause it say that network blocked. any one know where/how to fix it? because i wanna use the GSM part. mine 9550...

I've flashed it but still there is no change!!!!!!!!!

how can we unlock it while we cant enter the code? its already say that network blocked, even that i enter mep2 but doesnt show input place.

Hi there,
Am having the same problem. After entering MEPD nothing happens... not to mention MEP2... any suggestions?

Make sure you have a SIM card in.
