Blackberry 9550 unlock

Hi, i need unlock blackberry 9550 storm 2. i have calculated codes by mx-key. In "advanced options -> sim card" i`ve typed MEPD and no any action. then i typed MEPD holding down ALT key, it showed me the PERSONALIZATION Menu:

SIM: Disabled
Network: Inactive
Network Subset: Disabled
Service Provider: Disabled
Corporate: Disabled

The next step would be typing MEP2. But this step doesnt work, either with ALT down or not.

Did anyone encounter such problems? Need help...

Looking at the results from you typing MEP2, the "Network: Inactive" seems like the handset might have been "Blocked"

Get onto your carrier, and ask them to see if it has definitely been blocked first.

If the phone has been Blocked by the network, there is not a lot you can do, unless you can change the IMEI, which is illegal in most, if not all countries.

Sorry.

Thanks for giving us your IMEI. It's being added to the list of phones I'm reporting as "stolen" today. You idiots just don't get it, do you?
