blackberry bold 9700 track pad problom


i hav a blakberry bold 9700
its keypad full working ,,but track pad not working
i changed the track pad but same condition
anyone please help me

Sir its common problem you don't need to replace this ic only thing you need to do get HOt AIR station heat the ic for few sec temperature should be on machine 375 to 400 few sec other wise you gonna **** the ic ...and thats all i have done 6 to 7 pieces already and customers pay me easy in canada 70 to 80 dollars just for he .... try it it will work don't touch any component ....just heat black ic that all .....Good Luck

brother this is not tracke pad ic tracke pad ic near prosesor under iron sheld up tracke pad concter rehot this ic or change 1000000% working
