You can not "unlock" a CDMA-only phone. If you want to switch carriers, you will need to flash the phone. To flash the phone you need some tools:

Service Books for the new carrier
the PRL for the new carrier
the SPC to access the CDMA programming menus in order to modify the device's properties.

You can get the SPC from Instant BlackBerry SPC and the rest of the things you will need to search the internet for your specific provider. You can get some PRLs from Corolada PRL Page and the service books you can copy from a friend's phone.
