Hi need help can i change the bbpin and imei on this , have downloaded rarlab etc but says cannot connect radio ? ,is there a tutorial for this? can i even do this for free? sorry for all the questions but really havent got a clue any help would be appreciated

not every BB that need to change PIN is stolen I guess... can you explain because of what you want to do change the PIN ??
because change PIN or IMEI not Really solved problem
