My BB Z10 need to login with BlackBerry ID, but I already register and still does not working. I Can´t skip this step. Is it possible to replace this firmware?

autoloader is can not work on win7 32 bits
when i try to open a black window come for seconds and closed
can any one help me on this issue

Here is also was the same problem autoloader was open for littile while and suddenly closed then I downloaded the latest firmware now it is working like perfect.

So always use the latest firmware

i want flash z30 but when i click autoboot loder its run and after few second its automatic close..
pls solve my provelem

i got z10 stl100-2 for bberror problem

by mystec i flash the phone with stl100-3 now after flash red blink only...

then after i flash with stl100-2 file but still only red blink

how to solve the problem....

Now u have only one chance
Try with blackberry link may be helpful.
Connect phone with bb link a dialog box will appear click on reload software.
