problem with blackberry 8707g

vendor id 179= f100 what company is this one, thats one of my problems findout what company is that, the other one is that i go furious and furious box read the mep code the problem is that phone came from another store and unlock counter is 0 left i wonder if i use mfi free soft for unlock and wipe phone then restore phone as usual phone will be unlock it or not since i think counter cant be reset, so i wonder if that free solution will solve the counter problem by wiping phone and then write firmware again as a regular unlock procedure, if this is right i wish someone can tell me what company is that vendro 179 cause f100 is not a company as i look over the internet
