BB-KEY is a rubbish product. I have only manage to unlock 3 phones. Now i cannot unlock anymore. program crashes at 75% with MEP info not found.

hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm i wont advice anyone to buy that bbkey .. rather buy mxkey to get freeeeeeeeeeeeee bb software...

According to JIC tech (the author) of the BBkey soft; there is a comms problem with older model BB handsets. It will be sorted out in a couple of days.

Well... no comments i dont know unlocking in mx-key but ill go with furious gold

BB-Key is from a very know publisher ... JIC Tech and also have support for HTC (Omap) and iDen (CNS unlock), for me the drawback is the poor connection to the server and the lack of useful error messages.

Thx for the userful info. Its a great tool from a great team, I only hate " subsidy unlock" not working on iden ...

There is a problem with older BB models like 8707 and 8100.

excellent product and works everytime.and btw just because there is a bug on a product doesnt mean it is rubbish.If they say they fix then they will the same as all other teams that have bugs!
