Mr soca king. You need to download BB MEP reader. Its easy to use and give you your imei and mep number. Just google search it and download it or look for the link to it on this website. Once to have downloaded it you will need have your data cable and BB drivers installed. Before attaching your phone to your comp remove the memory card from your phone if you have one inserted, start mep reader and click read phone and then plug phone into the comp. Good luck!! | |
