getting error in 8700 - GSM-Forum

hi i have unlocked 8700 using MFI multi loader .. i got sucess and mobile unlocked.
But when dail any number immedialty its showing call failed error.

Pleas help on this..

I have done this setting also still same..

24. how to solve Authorization Failure??
Here is the solution:
Go to Phone Options
Select General Options
Select Restrict My Identityt - NO
Select Show "My Number" - YES
You are all set.
No more Authorization Failure sending / receiving calls and messages.

i restore firmware still the same,check imei not blocked,full signal cant make call-call fail, cant check credit -supplementary service errorm general error
