I've tried the MEP Reader by Furios Gold but keep on getting an Error message:
"Can't connect to phone. Try reattach it!"
"Privileged instruction."
"Access violation at address 0046CE01 in module 'FBI.exe'. Read of address 0010BE2E".

What am I doing wrong?

Install Blackberry drivers: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=J43UDKO4

on the BlackBerry:

Options> Media Card/Memory Card
-
1) Media Card Support: off
2) Mass Storage Mode Support: off
3) Auto Enable Mass Storage: no
4) Save the settings and exit

Also make sure if theres a password on the phone its turned disabled

Options / Security Options / General Settings /password off

When thats all done save the settings

1. Start the Blackberry Logger
2. Click “Read Blackberry Handset Info”
3. Connect the Blackberry phone to computer using the original USB cable
