virus.bin not for remove password it's used to disable IT policy
IF U WANT TO DISABLE PASSWORD IN 8700G YOU HAVE TO ENTER WRONG PASSOWRD TILL THE PHONE WIPE IT SELF THEN IT WILL ASK FOR NEW PASSWORD IT MUST BE CONTAINE 10 CHARACHTERS FROM NUMBERS & LETTERS THEN WHEN THE NEW PASSWORD SET U CAN DISABLE IT FROM SITTINGS SECUIRTY

in able to disable password option you have to have a blank IT policy.. you can read instruction how to remove here good luck
