On your device, go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Service Books hold Alt and hit {S}{B}{E}{B} let go of alt and it should show a message about how legacy service books are enabled. 2. Now connect your phone to your computer and open Desktop Manager. 3. open backup and Restore > Advance > Scroll down to Service Books and hit "clear". After you hit the clear button there’s 2 to 6 records that don’t delete, go back to your phone’s Service Books and manually delete all records. 4. Now click on File>Open>find the Service book folder. click open, you’ll see the Service book.ipd file, hit open. 5. when you click open on the previous window, it brings you to this one, Select Service Book and click on >>. 6. Click Yes . Enjoy ! BR Delower |
