No idea what the previous replies meant, but on my 9500 you just go into Options-->Language and text input-->Keyboard Layout

It gives me the choice of qwerty, qwertz, azerty

I need solution as well for a bold, and I don't expect it for free. I already PM'd sdtv team still no answer.
