MEPP2 error - GSM-Forum

hello im trying to see prompt for unlocking my BB 7100g.

In SIM Card option i type MEPPD

and all the locked options appears

SIM Disabled
Network Blocked
Network subset Disabled
service provider Disabled
Corporate Disabled

when a try to put MEPP alt + 2
nothings happen.
i have been try with others like MEP2 , alt + (MEP2)
but nothing.

How can i resolve this problem, thanks for ur help

Batter use mfi for unlock BB 7100g.

Turn Radio OFF
run MFI and go to ADVANCED MODE (SHIFT+CTRL+ALT+F12)
connect your bb to PC...
Wait until it will be recognized by MML..
press "Clear MEP" button... wait until congratilate message...
disconnect your device and check for the device unlocked

Thanks i do everything and works well (the network is unlocked) but when restore the software it doest recognize the GSM 850 MHz network i only could see the 900 MHz.

This device (BB 1700g) is supposed to recognize the following networks (bands)

GSM 850/900/1800/1900

But i think now only do with 900MHz
