unable to cast com object of type RIMRA-HELP


i have done many 8100's using MFI-but today one tried to unlock -an error and failed.

restart software press ctrl+altr+shift+f12

A menu will appear..than connect phone and press clear mep...than simply upgrade ur phone by BB DESKTOP manager! Thats All

The application hangs, then produces the error: timeout. Cannot reconnect to radio. The device may be password Enabled, Please ensure the password is correct. Cannot connect to radio.

The sim card is out of the device, it does have a miniSD card in it still, the password is Dissabled.

Device is a Bold 9000 and I am attempting this using version 2.0.1.3 downloaded from torrent.
coupled with this I did have to use the BbDevMgr from MFI to get the connection to work.

I have formatted/re-installed the blackberry software once already so there is nothing out of the ordinary there.

Any help would be great TY.

just dont use Windows XP and make sure you installed .NET framework 1.0, 2.0, 3.0...
