Question network problem


i have a problem with my three blackberry 7290, when i put my simcard i ddn't see network but i see the simcard folder.

i tried several times to switch myradio on but i couldn't find solution and sometimes network appears and lost

Maybe phone battery is too low, recharge battery then turn on radio
