Problems Unlocking Blackberry Bold 9000

I've been trying to unlock the BB Bold 9000 for some hours with no success.

But then I found the loader method, and tryed it... worst error, it connected to boot, etc, etc and in the end the screen went black.

In the tutorial said: don't panic, go to the MFI ctrl-alt-shift-F2 and press MEP thing... but nothing.

Now I can't just start my blackberry.

The battery red light, flashes constantly. If I connect the BB to the computer, it is recognized, but nothing works. Cannot just start the BB normaly, only a black screen appears...

I've also tried to Full Erase but nothing...

No more ideas to solve this problem... I believe I've broken the device. What can I do?

Notes: In the MML appears PIN: 000000 when I connect BB Bold, if I press Clear MEP an error appears:

Unable to cast COM object of type RIMRADIOCOMLib.RIMRadioObjClass to interface type... This operation failed because of QueryInterface call on the COM component ...... no such interface supported.

As far as I see with WinXP I muss do:

CD \
CD PROGRA~1
CD COMMON~1
CD RESEAR~1
CD APPLOA~1
LOADER /NOJVM

For recovery. I would try. Thanks for the answer.
