Try this steps brother.

Quote:

1. install set up launcher of model to be unlocked.

2. delete vendor file: go to c/program files/common files/research in motion/apploader

3. turn off or disconnect internet connection

4. open mfi multi loader, connect cable and wait to be detected.

5. if process finisehed "1" will appear on unit's screen

6. detach cable and close mfi multiloader

7. open desktop manager and connect cable again

8. select application loader/software update and press start.

9. select option and check all applications to install

10. wait for process to start, if promted press letters "s t a r t" on key pads of phone

11. wait for process to finish and phone to reboot.

12. phone unlocked.
