hi all

has anyone heard of anyone running tomtom navigator 6 on a windows "smartphone" ?

when i say smartphone, i don't mean the pocket pc version of winodws mobile 5, i mean the smartphone edition, like the os running on the i-mate sp5.

O.k., I have a palm 700wx.
this is windows mobile 5.0 smart phone edition. I have followed all the instuctions for putting tomtom 6 on my phone and it works flawless.
I couldnt be happier its by far the best navigation solution I have ever had.
I did try and put this on my Moto q smartphone with out touch screen and it would not work but mapopolis works great on that phone and is a very good alternative to tomtom.

Hope this helps.

A while ago I found a tomtom6 version that ran on my c600, but it was made for touch screen devices. That version seems not to run on some people's Imate's... but it's quite useless anyways.

I'm back at tomtom 5.2, which is good enough for me.

The Treo is not SP edition, it is the PDA/Touchscreen version. Not the same.
