How I can contact to official support? All of my threads has been deleted.
My problem - HW_TOOLS not work with my dongle!

Im tried put in my PC my friends MRT dongle - HW_TOOLS is working properly. But when I connect my dongle error expected and HW application is closed. All of rest tools like Meizu, Oppo, Mi, MTK etc is working ok.

I think I need to repair dongle firmware

Please help!

Im and my friend buy MRT simultaneously in march 2017 from GSM-Server Ukraine. Yesterday I ask him to try ON MY PC his dongle - HW Tools is executed successfully without any VPN. Next I disconnect his dongle and put in my dongle - HW tools cant execute, shown error and close

Only with Huawei tools problem is present, all other tools works ok with both dongles

P.S. Antivirus was shut down, VPN is not helpfull - same problems with or without

All security/antiviruses is disabled
And i have to remind - another dongle working properly on same PC without change any settings

Dear ARD,

In my opinion, there are two variants to solve problem:

1) Restore firmware of my dongle (I can send serial number by pm to supporter)

2) Refresh correct settings/restrictions for dongle with my SN in profile on your server

All other recommendations has no sense - another (my friend`s) MRT dongle works fully correct on this PC (MRT 2.39, Win7p64, no antivirus, no firewall)
