LG K10 problem - need help

My phone has slammed on the floor the screen has been shattered. Can I replace the touch only? The LCD is fine. I don't want to waste money on the whole display.

Remember to use proper temperature at the hot plate. This will prevent display damage.

Will it work if my touch is not working? I am wondering if it is touch pannel issue or hardware fault?
