z8 code not received

sir ,i put order for z8 motorola code in Motorola Any Operator section 2009-06-16 this date still i not receive code. customer can't w8 now wat can i do for that pz give me a code of this phone. i m waiting for this i m ataching a image of this order. b4 i also return phone of motorola like this & after u send me code so i have lost mony for that pz give me code

don't put order in a one unlock code service b'coz i put order date of 2009-06-16 stll i m not get code from server .i return phone to customer again i also face this problem with motorola phone i back phone to customer after a long time they give code. so my mony west again also i face same problem .pz can any one help me to how to return my mony from a one service i want to give back all cradit to a one service how it possible pzzzzzz
