I don't care for free accounts - if it's a calculation problem ( NssPro client <-> server susystem or oclHashcat-lite ) or bad read phone ect... I just give a few slots - how to use is own desision.

The maded with N9 / testit account phone break the rules of using test accounts - atleast - shots are needed. Anyway - job is done:

Open NssPro -> Go to "Simlocks" TAB -> Go to "Settings TAB" ( down right ) -> Uncheck "Auto restart in flash mode" .

Connect phone in normal mode, kill Nokia Ovi Suite ( Nokia PC Suite ), read Info , Read SIMLocks , make desired operations following log window instructions - all be fine!
