I try uploud in genie succes but phone still contact service and config key still :0000000000.
Can you give me solutions ? or genie same with bb5 king because i try repair in bb5 king still contact service.

Usually Configkey 0000000 is very subjective. If I m not wrong before that it was FFFFF and if after unlock it is 000000 and this means that your Authentification Security has been erased before unlocking was done. For this you required Certification rebuild (RPL). Some phones SIMLOCK shows 00000 it also means that the SIMLOCK is damaged but Authentification Security still remain and usually this can be repair by normal unlocking. Infact, it is possible to check with Phoenix using SX4 on whether the authentification security is fine or not.

It is nothing to do with imei or provider keys or even SIMLOCK, but "Authentification security" matters.
