I got today genie and first problems I got invalid SD card - GSM-Forum

Hi like in topic I got clip with invalid SD card and when I put it to card reader computer not see it and to can work with it need format it now I can't use my clip can you send me my acount.ini file becouse I read that neeed this file to work with my device and how should folder in SD card see like what should be in what directory. ?? I waiting for info. bye

For customer who have accidentally formatted their SD card without backup may contact us at [email protected] for their SD card content. Please kindly provide your serial number which is behind the Genie device to us for the SD content.

Yes genie work now all testing for now I very happy from this clip is very power device and all work like you say in specification everything work without problems
