Hi I have little problem when trying o to update the firmware, it tells me to use charger, and I do, then I try to reset before but the problem is the same. I know I hade this problem some time ago, but then I got to work, I can not remember what I did that time but I think I did reset.
I have tryed with charger connected and or usb-cable connected but it is still the same.

Any solution for this ?

Try connecting the charger ONLY without the USB connected or insert fully charged battery.

Hi guys,

If you go to About menu and check the voltage of the battery. Shold be
over 8 V for successful update. If less, wait till battery is charged up.

Note that if the battery is faulty(dead cell) it would never reach that point.

Another solution is to remove battery and use just charger(highly not
recommended).

Thanks Everyone. Problem solved. it seems like it was a battery issue. After pulling out the battery and leaving it overnight, it worked when i turned it back on this morning.
