New user need Help with 5800 and N85 UNLOCKING !! - GSM-Forum

I just receive my Genie unversal clip. I am triying to unlock 2 X 5800 and 1 N85 but i can't succeed.
I always get Error 10x01 when I try to make Upload.
How can I solve this please. My cables are brand new !!
I can read status of phones.

Hi mate i had this problem it was a faulty adaptor got it changed and its ok now

I made INFO and it says 'credit left 0'
I don't think it's due to that coz genie don't need credit
Adapter seems to be ok but if there is a way to know if it's faulty i wanna know how...

Try 10pin Mtbox cable.
