Please help on unlocking E65, it is my first time to unlock this model.

Can someone tell me how to unlock this phone from Vodafone UK.
I have a version 2.24, I noticed that the on key is on the top right corner of the screen, how can I press the on key if this is in front and the motherboard is on the back and the motherboard has to be taken off the housing and has to be disconnected withe screen. I haven't taken out yet because I want to make sure first how to unlock this with noox box. thank you

I found the picture " on how to make the phone to test mode" but no idea how does it work? it say 7 pins short to GND, I only can see the test point picture on the ver.2.24 folder but not in the Noox Box interface. Please help on all my question I'm really new with this Vodafone E65 how to unlock and how to make it turn-on since the on button is on the LCD screen side. to unlock we need to discnnect the PCB board to the lcd but how this thing work for E65?

so first thing , you conect pcb to nooxbox , then connect pin7 to GND like in pic



after click Read Phone to check if ewrithing is fine , if yes then do unlock



PS: dont forget to connect V+ BSI and GND , also you need to cut the shield.(for data you can use ball Nr3 which is in the same position like pin 5 its more easy. Its working fine and fast the unlock for E65 i made a lot off them with nooox.

other option, open the slider and connect bouth fron flex cables, with slider open it will let you space to make testpoint, and you can press your famous power botton

Guys, thank you for your reply. But I just really can't get it how to GND that & 7 pins( sorry I'm new with this BB5 unlocking) is there anyway you can post an actual picture on how to GND to make the E65 turn on, by the way Noox Box doesn't support my E65 version yet so I have to wait for their update. Please Noox Box I'm still waiting for it still thank you

Connect the phone, press UNLOCK button, take a metal tweezer, hold one side to PIN7 and the other side to GND for about 1-2 seconds.
And now NoooX can read the phone infos

Last question for Noox Box team, is the small tp can reach this test point or do I have to modify it ( like soldering a small needle at the end) to reach the actual test point for E65? coz I'm not good on soldering yet. please verify if the small tp can reach it or not, Thank you
