hi to vodastar team please i cant unlock my v710 unlock

when i press unlock button nothing

hapened(entering 16 digits 7) but always error code

i use this cable shematic

please help me to unlock this crazy model

Vodafone star can unlock without problem V710,check if you have somethink wrong in your data cable..

can u tell more clear about your problem
like
1- what is unlock steps u do ?
2- phone have sim card inside or not ?
3- clip blink green 2 times or not ?

@ toutou

connect your fone with clip and none accepted simcard in phon. power on fone when kepad light blink press unlock botten.and enter code 16=7

i sure if your cable is good your phone will be unlocked 100%.

vodastar clip can unlock possible something is going wrong see carefully what showing clip lights possible cable faulty or jack r dusty etc

Have you got the origin cable???
Means the cable which come with the box?
