i dont receive LIC file from my reseller - GSM-Forum

hi support,

my clip version 416 and i already paid for the first update from version 3x to 4x, but i never receive any update LIC file from my reseller, i did contact my reseller regarding this issue but they said they no more sell your product and will try to contact the author about this so what should i do now as i really need the update LIC file for my clip, i have two phones waiting for me to get it unlock, pls help, thanks in advance.
