need help urgent dear support - GSM-Forum

dear support... its been a while since i bought
a vodafone unlock clip for 215 and 225, something like 5 months but not im having very big problem... my vodafone clip insted of unlocking its bocking all network cards... i stay in mozambique, here we get lot vodafones 225 which works only with one simcard, i use to unlock it to use with another network, coz here we have two. but now when i try to unlock the phones they become blocked from both networks and i have to pay back the *******rs phones as new... its big loss of money... i did try to clean the cable and also used another cable but still nothing... sometimes it shows red light then i re-try and then shows green light, but when i insert simcard its shows blocked phone... please tell me what to do... im desperated...

1=from which country u belong
2=which clip u use to unlock
3=let me know operator and country to which it locked [mnc+mcc]
4=press *#06# on phone and check imei

i will send free clip for test for more contact me

mozambique V225 work only with Magic clip , so if u have V225 will nto work and your phone will be blocked
check pls from www.vodafone-star.com

brother... u said a should send you all the information to your mail... i did so but still waiting for reply... theres one inormation more on the clip problem... its changing the imei... please need your help
