today i was tring to unlock iphone 4s 5.1 from bell i wanna use with Rogers but it dont work when i ask gamserver support team they tell me power off ur phone and insert Rogers sim wih Rabel it will unlock by it self.i try but it dont work so my question is do i have to program this sim or anyone tell me how it works? thanks

one more thing when i insert the Roger sim with Rabel phone was asking me the activation

u have been scammed!!!!!!!!!!!! no chip can permanently unlock your 4S. moreover, original xsim is 23.90$.
