I have reset 3 times same error...
how do u unlock/unfreeze this phone on srs?

- RPL file detected, Starting Unlock
- Sending RPL data to phone
- Switch to modemport
- Reset Phonecode and Simlock
- Restart Phone

- Unlock and Unfreeze phone done.

I got the same problem when unlocking A867... I downloaded the logger and here's what i got:
Booting Phone
- Boot done.
- Getting Data from phone
- MSL Serial: xxxxxxxxxx
- Firmware: xxxxxxxxxx
- Phone Imei: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
- RPL file NOT detected, creating ASK file
- Getting platform data...... and it just hangs there.. does it normally take that long??
or is something wrong??

EDIT:.. never mind.. i had the wrong ports up...

can you give me qualcomm drivers for this phone it dosent instal the qxdm drivers and the computer asks drivers for qualcomm cdma technologies msm

You have to buy a login first. And then send the .ask file to your reseller with the .ask file and the log of your unlock attempt using the normal software.
Likely you dont need the logger as you had wrong port setup the direct unlock will work now also..

@Xaliax Qualcomm drivers are included in the SRS installer they are installed to:
c:\program files\Samsung Remote Client\drivers\qxdm

Okay... here's the full story...
I do have a login.. with 3 credits..
I tried direct unlock.. with the correct ports ( in my case 6 for diag and 5 for modem ) and got the AKSEED Calculation error.
I then downloaded logger and ran it.. with the wrong port setup ( it was still on default 3 and 3.. ) and it was hanging as stated earlier..
I then changed the ports, and was able to save the ASK file..
When u say send the ASK file to the reseller... are u referring to UnlockSamsungOnline.com?? because I'm kind of confused.

so just to be clear.. Direct unlock with the correct ports does NOT work...
I do get the AKSEED Calculation error. Tried resetting phone using code to no avail.

Any help is greatly appreciated.. thanks

Hi,

Ah yeah the akseed calculation error is known to us we are working on that problem.
In that case please send the .ask file to the website where you bought the login (unlocksamsungonline.com / unlocksamsungonline.nl / allgsmserver / mobile2mobile etc) + your SRS username and the story you just typed here then it will solved for you.

(p.s. check if your .ask file is exactly 24kb if not then something went wrong creating it)

Ive used the drivers on the qxdm folder and it dosent accept it

the qxdm drivers work for every Samsung qualcomm model as long as the phone is in qualcomm mode.
So make sure phone is in qualcomm mode then when you connect the phone Windows should pop-up with new hardware found and point the the QXDM drivers.

The phone has to say 'qualcomm mode configures. pls reconnect the cable'. Also connect the USB cable in a USB port at the BACK of your computer. We have seen on several occasions this actually makes a difference probably because low power output on front usb ports.

Some other points:
- Make sure you are logged in on Windows with administrator rights to install the drivers
- Check your Device manager perhaps you have some other drivers installed which conflict
- If you have ANY 3G modem software / drivers installed uninstall them. They 100% conflict!

I dont have any drivers installed. Phone is in qualcomm mode and it still dosent take drivers. Nither vendor or hardware id apears for that phone on the drivers.

If these don't work either contact me privately and we will make appointment for remote desktop help so we can have a look. We have unlocked this model on our server hundreds of times so I'm pretty sure you're just doing something wrong or there is something on your computer that is conflicting.
